This Website and all information on this Website or any other information originating from AwesomeOptions.com, “The Website or Site,” has been prepared solely for informational and educational purposes for the client and is not nor should not be construed by the client as a solicitation, suggestion, or an offer to buy or sell any security, commodity, futures contract, option interests or the like. Furthermore, we EXPRESSLY encourage all clients to learn to trade in a simulated trading environment using a paper trading account only, where no risk may be incurred and to not risk live capital.

By entering, using, or connecting to AwesomeOptions.com or engaging with the Awesome Options Company™, a subsidiary of Tranquility Base Holdings, LLC. (“The Awesome Options Company” or “Company) Website (https://www.AwesomeOptions.com), you (“You”, the “Student” or “Client”) agree that you have read, understand, and accept the terms and conditions, policies, notices, and disclosures as set forth herein.

SERVICES OFFERED AND SERVICES NOT OFFERED

The Awesome Options Company EXPRESSLY DOES NOT PROVIDE TRADING ADVICE. Clients are advised that they are subject to the risk of loss for any trade they undertake, and that they do so at their sole risk. The Awesome Option Company, AwesomeOptions.com, its staff, associates, and/or affiliates assume no liability for trading losses of the client. We EXPRESSLY encourage all clients to learn to trade in a simulated trading environment using a paper trading account only, where no risk may be incurred and to not risk live capital.

The Awesome Options Company is solely an educator providing training on the statistical theory of options trading and the technical analysis of financial markets as it pertains to options trading. The Awesome Options Company EXPRESSLY DOES NOT PROVIDE TRADING ADVICE OR TRADE “SIGNALS” TO CLIENTS. Observation or participation in a trading room is for educational and informative purposes ONLY. Actual trades that a client may be observed in any trading room is not, should not and will not be construed by the client as a trade “signal.”

PAYMENT, METHOD OF DELIVERY, AND THE POLICY OF NO REFUNDS, EXCHANGES, OR RETURNS

Purchases will be made via VISA, Master Card, AMEX, or Discover. Prices are listed in US Dollars.

The goods and services offered will include a variety of digital assets including electronic book(s), specialized trading allocators and trade sizing tools, and access to observation of live trading. Existing assets may be altered, updated, or removed at any time and for any reason, at the sole discretions of the Awesome Options Company. The Awesome Option Company has no obligation to notify clients of any changes or deletions of digital assets as described above. Additional assets may be added to the platform.

If you decide to purchase a course, access to digital asset(s), or other training materials from The Awesome Options Company, the assets will be made available for you via the internet. It is the client’s sole responsibility to ensure that they have internet access adequate bandwidth and internet browsing capabilities.  Live trading observation will be done via a streaming platform such as ZOOM that will require third party software and streaming capacity from the client’s internet service provider. The assets will require third party software to utilize, specifically Adobe Reader for the Print Media and Microsoft Excel for spreadsheets. No third-party software is provided by the Awesome Options Company.

You agree that there will be NO REFUNDS, NO EXCHANGES, and NO RETURNS. All sales are final and there are no refunds in whole or in part. Also be aware that the digital assets and access to website resources will only be available during the time of active subscription. Once scheduled, a virtual seat in a trading room may not be changed or rescheduled for any reason. There will be no access to the website, trading rooms, downloads, or other assets once a subscription has expired.

Access to live trading rooms is for education purposes only. Livestream content is subject to the Copyright Notice below and may not be “mirrored”, rebroadcast, or recorded in any way. If any such activity is detected, it will result in immediate and permanent termination of services and access to AwesomeOptions.com without refund.

POLICY OF DEMONSTRATION OF CLIENT PROFICIENCY BEFORE ACCESS TO HIGHER LEVELS

The website is designed as an educational platform that is structured to take the student from rudimentary knowledge of Options Trading to a more advanced understanding. As an educational provider, we at Awesome Options strongly discourage options trading without a high degree of understanding and proficiency in the theory and practice of options trading. With this idea in mind, the educational structure of AwesomeOptions.com is designed as a progressive series of levels termed Fibonacci Levels. The levels build upon one another. The levels are comprised of educational materials are presented in a series progressing from basic concepts to intermediate to advanced. In order to access the next level, the student is required to pass a test to demonstrate proficiency in the educational content presented on the active level.

The student must demonstrate proficiency in the educational content at each level before they are permitted to subscribe to (and pay for) the next level. If the student is unable to demonstrate proficiency, they will not be entitled advance to the next level.

Upon joining AwesomeOptions.com the student may select their level according to their experience and proficiency, but they must first pass the proficiency test for the selected level before they are allowed to join (and pay for) the desired level.

The copyright on all material provided on AwesomeOptions.com, in any digital assets is held by Tranquility Base holdings, LLC, DBA The Awesome Options Company. DIGITAL ASSETS USE AGREEMENT

The Awesome Options Company™ may make available proprietary digital assets including educational content, computational or trade tracking tools, and specialized calculators. Any and all information, calculators, ledgers and the like, received from The Awesome Options Company and AwesomeOptions.com is for educational use ONLY. No warranty of timeliness or accuracy of any tool or other digital asset is expressed or implied. The client agrees that the use any tool or other digital asset is done so at their sole risk. The digital assets are intended for educational use only and are not intended to replace the client’s own research, bookkeeping, or accounting. Furthermore, digital assets from Awesome Options.com are EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED for use in any calculation for the client’s tax liability.

The Awesome Option Company EXPRESSLY ADVISES clients NOT to take advice or construe activity observed in the trading room as a trade signal. The intent is that students observe the trading activity only, and if so desired, perform only paper trades to gain experience.

The Awesome Options Company’s services and digital assets are intended for illustrative, informational, and educational purposes only. By using the digital assets or connecting to the web site, the client acknowledges that they understand The Awesome Options Company’s mission, which is to provide educational resources with the intent of empowering the client.

WE EXPRESSLY DO NOT PROVIDE TRADING ADVICE. Rather, we provide education and or trade examples based on our trading algorithms, our paradigms and practices, our analysis of an underlying security’s behavior, macro and or microeconomic conditions, and/or company specific, publicly available news. The provisions of the United Nations Convention on the International Sale of Goods and the Uniform Computer Information Transactions Act, however designated, are excluded and shall not apply to this Agreement or any transactions hereunder.

You irrevocably agree and consent to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located within Maryland for the purpose of litigating any and all claims or disputes regarding or related to this Agreement. If you bring an action, you will bring such action in the state courts or federal courts located within Maryland. You agree that The Awesome Options Company makes and will perform this Agreement in the State Maryland in the United States of America.
